Terms of service

These terms cover the Clever Connected broadband service supplied in buildings where we operate the network, including flats, offices and shared workspaces.

The service. Internet access over our building WiFi network, with a private password for your space and the speed tier you choose.

Contract. Your Contract Summary and Contract Information form part of this agreement. Consumer prices include VAT.

Cooling-off. Where you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of concluding the contract. If you asked us to start service during that period, we may charge for days already supplied.

Notice. Rolling monthly plans: 30 days’ notice. Fixed-term plans: early termination charges may apply after cooling-off, capped as shown at checkout and on Prices & charges.

Speeds. We publish typical download speeds for each plan.

Fair use. Use must comply with our Acceptable use policy. We may restrict or suspend service for non-payment after notice, following our dunning process.
