Other charges
Setup: £0.00 on current plans.
Early termination: for 12-month plans, capped at the remaining monthly charges less costs we reasonably avoid. Shown in pounds before you confirm cancellation. Rolling monthly plans have no early termination charge beyond the notice period.
Cooling-off: 14 days from contract conclusion. If service started early at your request, a pro-rata charge may apply for days used.
Price rises, where shown on a plan, are stated in pounds and pence with effective dates at point of sale.
