Questions
Do I need an engineer?
Usually no. Where equipment is already installed in your space, your WiFi password is ready as soon as you pay. Some spaces need a short engineer visit first.
Can I use my own router?
In most buildings we can support you using your own hardware. Contact support for more information.
Can I cancel?
You have 14 days to change your mind after signing up. After that, rolling plans need 30 days’ notice. Fixed terms may include an early termination charge, shown before you confirm.
